However, orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description of the goods or their prices as advertised on this website. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery. The cushion mania limited shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials on this website. please note strong coloured fabrics may transfer dye onto light coloured upholstery materials and leather suites. if in doubt you are advised to patch test the product by rubbing on an unseen part of your upholstery prior to use to ensure suitability as no responsibility for colour transfer will be accepted by the supplier or retailer. this does not affect your statutory rights.

Under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days of receipt of the goods (with the exception of made to order items). Where goods are delivered to a third party you will only be able to exercise this right if you are able to return to us the goods you ordered.

Delivery charges

Delivery charges vary depending on the type of products ordered and the service you select and cannot be refunded. delivery charges for UK mainland only. for other areas and countries please contact us before purchasing. Next day delivery service is available Mon-Fri. delivery time will be Next working day. Cut off time for next day delivery is 12pm Mon-Fri. if item is dispatched on Friday, you will receive item on Monday. Although we pay for and send by Next day delivery we can not guarantee next day delivery.

Delivery information

We usually dispatch item within 24 hours if item is in stock, in unfortunate event if item is not in stock then it might take bit longer to dispatch. you will be opted by email for either waiting for it or a full refund. Also it can also take bit longer during holidays time.

please note when you receive your parcel, do not use sharp object to open it as it might damage contents inside and in this case no refund will be given on damaged item.

you will receive email of tracking information when your order is dispatched. if you don't receive your parcel within 48 hours of receiving email, please do not hesitate to contact us, you can also track your order online.

Delivery outside UK mainland

Please note buyer is responsible for any custom charges or any other charges including taxes in destination country if item is delivered outside UK.

Exclusions of liability

Any disclaimers and exclusions of liability in these terms & conditions shall not apply to any damages arising from death or personal injury caused by the negligence of or any of its employees or agents or fraud. These disclaimers and exclusions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law.
